I’ve been eating at this place since it was in a different plaza. Well over 15 years. I’m a regular there. I go in today and ask for a booth like I always do it for some reason. The girl laughs and goes no booth and then takes me to a table. So I stand there and I laugh when I say no seriously a booth. She goes no booth. There were four booths open. I looked at her and I said well OK and turned around and left. She didn’t try to stop me or anything. Just let me walk out. Horrible customer service skills. Absolutely none to be honest with you. Nobody there speaks English very well, so that’s not very good either when you’re trying to speak to somebody so that’s why I came here to let everybody know. Now I’m editing this because they responded by saying they didn’t have a booth open. There were actually four booths open, not just one. I guess they’re just gonna lie about it to make people believe that they weren’t in the wrong. Doesn’t matter I won’t be back. And apparently they don’t care because the girl was laughing the whole time. She wasn’t smiling. She was laughing. And the ENTIRE other side of the restaurant was open with plenty of booths. It was refreshing to come into this buffet and see all age bracket and nationalities sitting enjoying their meal. I appreciated the clean smell and atmosphere . The food had good flavor a little disappointed in the heat. Temperature of the food was more like lukewarm. Many choices to choose from. I will definitely return. Nice to have on the north side

These are good people and the food is amazing. If you don't like something from the Hot Pot/grill, try it again a different way. There are so many seasoning and sauces, you are in full control. If you're not confident creating your own flavors, stick to the buffet and sushi.

I went on a Saturday around 6:30pm the food was delicious! And plenty of different dishes. My 6 year old love it too!!! We pay for the buffet and enjoy different types of food including sushi, raw oysters, mussels, shrimp, fried rice, pepper steak, boneless spare ribs, fried scallops, squid, orange chicken and so much more… The dessert area was awesome too! And I used to criticize people that eat Frog legs, but this place changed my mind 😅 I have tried it for first time here and OMG so delicious 👌🏻…. I will definitely come back to this amazing Buffet 🫶🏼

This was our first time here. The food did taste good. The only complaints I had was we arrived there at 11 am (when the opened). I would have thought the food would have been piping hot, but there was a lot of the food that was warm to cold. Sometimes getting a hold of someone to get a refill on the drinks was a little challenging. I could see us going back to try it again. Overall I would give the Fire Spot a 4.5 rating.
